A course for deeper self-understanding, connection and self-trust
This is a gentle, neurodivergent-affirming space that explores vulnerability, identity and connection with compassion and curiosity.
Thoughtful support, practical insight and room to be human. Embrace will be available as both a self-paced online course and a facilitator-led online weekly course.
Embrace Is For Adults Who:
Want to understand how ADHD really shows up in their lives; in their relationships, sense of self and capacity for intimacy, not just in focus or productivity
Are diagnosed or self-identified with ADHD or AuDHD and want a deeper understanding of themselves
Feel disconnected from their body, needs or sense of self after years of masking or coping
Struggle with rejection sensitivity, people-pleasing, shame or overthinking in relationships
Notice patterns around intimacy, connection, dopamine-seeking or emotional intensity and want to explore these safely
Experience unwanted side effects from medication that may impact libido, energy or motivation
Live with co-existing issues such as pain, sensory sensitivities or hormonal changes (including PMDD) and notice the effect on self-esteem and desire
Are curious, reflective and open to gentle self-exploration in a small, supportive group
Want practical understanding and compassion, not fixing, not pathologising, not “trying harder”
Embrace is currently in development, and I’m building it slowly and intentionally. The programme is shaped by real client experiences, my clinical background, and what I consistently see people needing, especially in the areas that are rarely spoken about.
I warmly welcome input from those who feel drawn to this work. If there are particular themes or experiences you would value being included, your voice matters, and I would love you to be part of how Embrace takes shape.
Embrace is not open for enrolment yet.
I’m currently developing the content behind the scenes, alongside my 1:1 work, to ensure it’s genuinely supportive and aligned with the people it’s for.
A tentative launch is planned for Summer/Autumn 2026, but this will be confirmed once the programme feels fully ready
If Embrace sounds like something you might be interested in, you’re very welcome to join the waiting list.
Joining the list means:
• you’ll be the first to hear when Embrace is ready
• you may be invited to share thoughts or feedback as it develops
• you may be invited to a reduced-cost beta group program if you're willing to participate and give feedback on the program including testimonials/reviews
• there’s no obligation to join when it launches
This is simply a way to stay informed. There’s no pressure or commitment.
