Coaching with me is collaborative, supportive and practical. Absolutely no judgment.
That ‘thing’ you’re quietly ashamed of and feel you should “just” be able to do?
Let’s start there.
Coaching is different from therapy. It’s about moving you forward. We’re not here to excavate the past unless it’s useful; we’re here to work with the wonderful brain you have now.
Together, we explore how your brain works, uncover strategies that genuinely fit you, and unlock your strengths so you can achieve personal and professional success in a way that feels sustainable.
We tackle challenges as they arise, refining tools to support your executive function (time management, focus, organisation), always working with your individual neurology rather than against it.
Over time, this builds more than strategy. It builds confidence, resilience and a stronger sense of self. We gently challenge negative self-talk and limiting beliefs as we meet them.
Coaching can also focus on the sticky, unglamorous parts of ADHD/ AuDHD; the shame, the guilt, the emotional flooding. Burnout and overwhelm can hijack progress just as much as procrastination or forgetfulness. A comprehensive coaching journey often weaves all of this together.
Sessions are 75 minutes and take place either online or from my home office in Desford.
The initial session is 75–90 minutes to give us space to get to know each other, clarify your goals and agree a focus for our work together.
I am led by you, by the day-to-day challenges preventing you from moving forward or reaching your potential.
This might include addressing time management, procrastination, dysregulated sleep, self-sabotage, imposter syndrome, emotional dysregulation, feeling lost in your identity, hormone-related shifts, or the many other nuances of ADHD/ AuDHD.
We focus on what matters most to you.
Unlike many coaches, I don’t tie you into a six-month contract. I don’t prescribe blocks of sessions because I don’t know the pace that will suit you.
We work session by session.
Sometimes that’s weekly. Sometimes monthly. Sometimes every six weeks. If something unexpected arises, we bring your session forward. The work flexes around your real life.
Sessions are booked directly with me. I manage my diary personally and share availability when requested or at the end of each session so we can agree a time that works for us both.
Each session is £125 for 75 minutes. Payment is by bank transfer at the time of booking, which secures your appointment. I can also provide a payment link if preferred.
If coaching is business-related, I can invoice via Black Dog so you can claim it as a business expense.
I accept Access to Work clients. Payment is made upfront by you and reclaimed using the invoice I provide. Access to Work typically funds 12 monthly sessions, though you’re welcome to continue privately or add sessions if needed.
Kate is wonderfully empathetic while also being totally professional. I immediately felt comfortable in her presence, even when confronting some embarrassing or distressing life situations. She was incredibly thorough and went above and beyond. She has a very good understanding of chronic illness, whether physical and/or mental, and how difficult it can be to juggle the health demands of multiple symptoms or conditions.

Not about being told what to do
Not about productivity hacks or forcing change
Not about judgement or pressure
It is about awareness, understanding and finding strategies that fit you
You don’t need to be sure this is right before getting in touch. The enquiry is simply the start of a conversation.
Adults who feel overwhelmed, burnt out, or stuck with their ADHD/ AuDHD holding them back
People who are coping outwardly but struggling internally
Those who want support that is thoughtful, paced, and human
People who know it is time to do things differently and are ready to make supported changes
People looking for quick fixes or rigid programmes
Those wanting to be “pushed” or directed rather than taking responsibility for their life and wellbeing
Anyone needing crisis or emergency mental health support
Without exaggeration, my time spent working on myself with Kate has been life-changing. I am now more confident and open, calmer and ready to face whatever life brings my way.
