I’m Kate. I support and coach neurodivergent adults (ADHD & AuDHD) who’ve lost their way through late diagnosis, mental health labels, stigma, chronic overwhelm and burnout. People who’ve masked for so long,they no longer trust their own judgement, know who they are, where they fit in, or know how to end this cycle.

Endless guilt and shame. A deep sense of inadequacy despite trying so hard.

Why I Do This Work

I get it. I’m ADHD (strongly suspected AuDHD), misdiagnosed for years as anxious, depressed, “stressed”. I’ve sat in meetings being told to be more resilient, to have better boundaries with my time, to stop over-committing; whilst working inside a system (the NHS) that quietly relies on burnout and goodwill. I now see this wasn’t the best fit for me and my brain!

I realised I needed flexibility and autonomy to do this work properly. To offer mental health support and coaching that truly puts people first, without losing myself in the process.

How I Can Help

I offer bespoke, neuro-affirming support and coaching shaped around you. I draw on over 20 years in mental health, private therapy and ADHD practice but I don’t use rigid models. People don’t come in standard forms.

My work is for those who already know they could do better if they were heard, validated and understood. If they had the right tools, wisdom and support to discover what actually works for them. I’m experienced, knowledgeable and come with practical tools and techniques.

This isn’t about thinking your way out of ADHD (you’d have done that already, if it was that easy). It’s about strategies, accountability and celebrating real wins.

Once I understand how your neurodivergence shows up for you, we shape the journey together. There’s only one you, with your own mix of experiences, strengths, and challenges.
